steve cook is a native of London, England where he developed ad campaigns for Bacardi, the Mayor of London, Volkswagen, Marks and Spencer, Oxfam, Lucozade and many others. steve has won multiple awards for his creative ideas including the prestigious Cannes Lions Award. steve serves on the board of the Holland Project, and is currently leading campaigns for University of Nevada Reno, the Nevada Department of Agriculture and other clients.

ian, a native of Liverpool, England, has spent the last 25 years designing and working with interactive products. he was a director of interactive at Sony and was on the launch team for the Playstation. ian is a passionate coach of Youth Soccer, and responsible for design and integration of interactive products for NEON clients.

randy is a native Nevadan, he oversees client projects, manages social media campaigns, and is in charge of the day to day operations of the NEON Agency. randy also serves as President  and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sierra Arts Foundation and is a winner of the American Advertising Federation’s Community Contribution Award.

steve funk is a member of the nevada broadcasters’ hall of fame, and has worked with nearly everyone in the media over the last 40+ years. he is a diligent public relations specialist, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Salvation Army of Northern Nevada.
